Due to the digital nature of our products, Budgetlo generally does not offer returns, exchanges, or provide refunds.

All sales are final. Please ensure you review the product details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

However, we stipulate that in the exceptional circumstance where the purchased file has not been downloaded or opened (which we are able to verify in our system), we will consider granting a refund. In such a case, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Please note: a small processing/handling fee is applied to each order to cover transaction costs, lifetime access to your template, and all future updates.
